About Azven
Azven Realty Ventures Pvt. Ltd., a private equity fund backed real estate development company, is managed by professionals from IIT & IIMS with development experience in more than 4 million sq. ft. of commercial, villas, apartments and plotted developments in India and the Middle East.
Azven Realty currently has over 1.5 million sq. ft. of area at different stages of planning and development.

Team Azven
Team Azven consists of seasoned professionals and entrepreneurs with cross industry experience within the country and outside. Put together, the team has experience of working on more than 4 Mn sq.ft. of commercial buildings, villas, apartments and residential sites in India and Middle East. The key people at Azven come from the IIMs, IITs and other reputed MBA and Engineering colleges and have worked for leading companies like Infosys, Adarsh Developers, Vaswani Developers, JLL, Tata Motors and The Piramal Group.
Alok Kumar Singh
MD & CEO, Azven Realty
Alok, an alumnus of IIM Lucknow and IIT-BHU, is the director of Azven Realty, a premium real estate firm known for design-led developments such as Breathe near Sarjapur and Back to Life near Hoskote. Under his leadership, Azven has built a strong reputation for quality, innovation, and professionalism in Bangalore's real estate market. With over 25 years of experience across real estate, IT/ITES, and automotive industries, Alok has led strategic roles in sales, marketing, and operations. Prior to Azven, he was the Founder & Executive Director – Fund Operations at Azure Capital. His earlier career includes leadership positions at QVC Realty, Infosys, Microland, and Tata Motors.
Vivekanand Revaiah
Director, Azven Realty
Vivek, a Chartered Accountant with nearly 30 years of experience in audit, fund raising, and real estate development, has facilitated over ₹1,700 Cr in funding across sectors like education, healthcare, and real estate. As Director of Azven Realty, he leads multiple developments in Bengaluru. Vivek led Azven Realty alongside Alok Kumar Singh, and is actively building a portfolio exceeding 5 million sq. ft. across apartments, villas, and plotted developments.
PremchandTechnical Head
Premchand has more than 20 years of experience in project operations in leading Real Estate development companies including Adarsh Developers and Vaswani Developers. An expert in villa development, he has managed multiple residential and commercial projects including Adarsh Palm Meadows, Adarsh Palm Retreat, Vaswani Bella Vista, Vaswani Whispering Palms among others. Premchand holds a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from University Visvesvaraya College of Engineering, Bangalore.
Taj PashaCRM Manager
Taj Pasha is Designated as CRM Manager at Azven Realty. He has over 15 Years of experience across different sectors. His previous assignments were with Al Fajr International School UAE, Peenya Fine Comp. Pvt Ltd. & SJR Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. A Commerce graduate from the University of Bangalore.
